We are accepting students at all levels in our lab. We are a computational biology, bioinformatics and machine learning lab. Therefore basic skills in computer programming are required. If you are interested in opportunities other than the onces described below, you are welcome to reach out to us.

Graduate Students

We have multiple Master's and PhD positions available. Good knowledge of computer programming is required for graduate student position (preferably R or Python). We are looking for curious students who want to tackle big challenges in machine learning and computational biology. Do not hesitate to contact us via email. To apply please make sure:
